uhm...after finishing the story mode of johnny you'll unlocked it as a prize on the otherhand if you finished testament's ending it was almost alike just change the BG into quite dark bloody atmosphere the pose are same just change the angle and replace johnny with testament...

Johnny and dizzy thats all :D
